Paramount Towers comprises four towers stretching 250 metres high and will offer luxury serviced apartments as well as a 5 Star Hotel. Paramount Towers is designed with an aggregate of 1,961 units (including the hotel) with a total usable area of 183,462 sq. m. CONIN designed the initial concept and provided full tender package, later CONIN was involved in the follow up procedures and secured the building permit.
